Weight : For female candidates of all categories, the minimum weight is required to be 48 Kg.
Physical Efficiency Test
Running (Male) : 1.6 Km in 6 Minutes 30 Seconds.
Running (Female) : 1 Km in 6 Minutes.
Height (Female) : 155 Cm
High Jump : (Male - Min. 4 Feet) (Min. 3 Feet)
Long Jump : (Male - Min. 12 Feet) (Min. 9 Feet)
Gola Fek (Male) : Throw 16 Feet of 16 Pounds
Gola Fek (Female) : Throw 10 Feet of 12 Pounds
Selection Procedure
