Eligibility Criteria
Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist and Jr. Typist :-
(a) Have passed at least +3 examinations or such other qualification as are equivalent to +3 examination from a recognized University, as the case may be;
(b) Have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute;
(c) Be able to speak. read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
(d) for the post ofJunior Typist. the candidates must possess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in typewriting through computer system in English.
Salaried Amin :-
(a) Have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
(b) Have passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institution.

Application Procedure
The application along with the required documents and self-attested copies of certificates must reach the Office of the District Judge, Cuttack, Pin - 753002 on or before 21.06.2024 either by post or in person during office hours on each working day. Applications received in the office after the last date by any means shall be summarily rejected.
Selection Procedure
Only successful candidates in the written examinations for the posts of Jr. Clerk- Cum- Copyist and Jr. Typist shall be called for Computer (Practical) Test and those for the post of Salaried Amin shall be called for Practical Test (Survey) and the candidates qualified in the said Practical Tests shall be eligible for Viva-Voce.
The type writing test will be through computer system for the post ofJr. Typist and such test will be held after publication of the result of written test.
