Eligibility Criteria
English Stenographer Grade - II (Class-II) :- Graduation pass in any stream. Speed in English Short Hand 120 wpm. Basic knowledge of Computer Operation. Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati & Hindi Language.
English Stenographer Grade - III (Class-III) :- Graduation pass in any stream. Speed in English Short Hand 100 wpm. Basic knowledge of Computer Operation. Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati & Hindi Language.

Selection Procedure
The Select Lists & Centralized Wait Lists, for the respective establishment and post, will be prepared on the basis of order of Merit of Aggregate Marks obtained by the Candidates in Stenography/Skill Test and the Viva-voce Test. The number of candidates to be included in the respective Select List shall be equal to the number of category-wise vacancies notified.

English Stenographer Grade-III (Class-III) : Pay Matrix of Rs.39,900 - 1,26,600/-
