- Constable (Telecommunication) :
- 10+2 (with Science) From a Recognized Board/ Institution.
- Constable (Photographer) :
- 10+2 (with Science alongwith 6 months computer course and two years experience in videography/ photography).
- Constable Executive Police :
- Matriculation (10th Standard) From a Recognized Board/ Institution.

Physical Standard Test (PST)
For Males :-

Chest girth : 32" (unexpanded)

Physical Endurance Test (PET)
For Males :-
Long Race : 1600 meters in 6½ minutes.
Pushups : 20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one).
For Females :-
Long Race : 1000 meters in 6½ minutes.
Shot Put (4Kgs): 14½ feet in three attempts.
