Eligibility Criteria
Various Trade Apprentice :-
Candidate must have passed passed 10th class (Matriculation) examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks aggregate from recognized board And Candidate have also posses National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the national counselling for vocational training.
Candidate have Provisional Certificate issued by national council for Vocational training/ State Council for vocational training.

SECR Recruitment Selection Process
Those Candidates who apply for the apprentice in various trade their selection will be based on the basis of merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in class 10th (Matriculation) [with minimum 50% marks (aggregate)] And ITI marks in the trade in which apprenticeship is to be done.
For the purpose of calculation of percentage of matriculation examination, marks obtained by the candidate in all subject will be reckoned and not on he basis of marks of any subjects and group of subjects.
A Final merit list will be prepared cluster/unit wise, trade wise and community wise, equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
Those candidates are shortlisted would be subject to verification of all testimonials and being found fit in appropriate medical examination by railways as applicable for the workshop and the other units of division.

- Candidates will be entering their basic information in the online application form.
- Those candidates are already registered for he application form. They can login by entering their email id and password which is generated at the time of registration.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves.
How To Download Admit Card/ Call Letter
The eligible candidate should download his/her call letter from the link provided on the authorized Board website https://secr.indianrailways.gov.in/ by entering his/ her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.
